Rags

Bad art day. I could not sketch or line for the life of me, so I tried to warm up and draw Rags, and it just didn't go well. This was originally lined and done in cel shading, if you can believe it. It looked horrible so I scrapped it and used the colored base to do a lineless pic, which still doesn't look great but at least it's better than what it was.
